2 Fitness Challenges PERFECT for MARCH!


I’ve bundled up two March fitness challenges.

– Embrace the Strides of March encourages students to get out and move. Whether it’s walking, running, playing tag, or jumping rope, all movement is beneficial to the body. On a calendar, students will log the type of movement they did as well as the duration of time.

-Lucky Leprechaun’s March Fitness Challenge consists of three different workouts (green, yellow, and white) focusing on endurance, upper body, and lower body strength. As the month progresses, the time and/or number of repetitions for each exercise gradually increases. There is a built-in rest day every fourth day. Each rest day includes an additional non-fitness-related challenge.
